I’ve been training with Chrissie for 18 weeks now and I’ve noticed obvious changes in both my physical and mental health. I’ve always thought I never really needed a PT because I’ve never had a problem with motivation to exercise, but I’ve learned so much about my own capabilities in these 18 weeks. I’ve pushed myself harder than ever before and I’ve actually surprised myself. 

 I find the most effective way to fight your brain monsters is to exercise/train. Chrissie is an absolute god send for pushing me to my limits every week

Working with Chrissie has been great! She is not just a trainer but a real support system. She has helped to build my confidence and my strength gradually, making sure I am conforttable with excercises as we do them and always reminding me it's a marathon and not a sprint. She is a truly great trainer who pushes me to be the best I can be.

I began my training with Chrissie mainly to gain confidence with using gym equipment outside of what I was used to as well as to lose body fat and to build muscle. She did exactly that and now I feel much more “at home” in all areas of the gym! Motivating and encouraging; Chrissie’s workouts are challenging, varied and fun. She gives feedback and advice in a professional but incredibly friendly and approachable manner.
